Well, I'm left-handed. I’ve studied drawing and photography, but I’m just an amateur; I do this for fun. I love bringing out and showing off the beauty of what is already there. Photographers aren’t like painters or sculptors, they don’t truly create anything. The true talent of a photographer is catching what beauty is there. I love flowers, and capturing the small details and personality they have. I try to never crop or adjust my prints; most of them were taken just as you see them. I take photos for me, but I’m glad to have the opportunity share them with you too. If you see something you like then don't be afraid to let me know.

Today I went to Nevada City and saw Lance Armstrong race!
It was a blast. Im a local (ok, i live about 10 miles away, but still, my dad was born in Nevada City, so i have ties here) and it was fun to see a rockstar of bicycling in such a small town.
Ive uploaded 3 pics just real fast, and Ill put the last 2 laps up on youtube and post the link shortly.

i know! im missing them too! its the wrong time of year for flowers around here unfortunately so i haven't really gotten any good shots. ill try to be on here more and at least upload something

fall is just around the corner. it should be a good year for fall colors

I know! same for this area, it's always raining...

But the trees are just starting to change, so that's exciting. There's this little our door theater that I and one of my dorm mates found. When we found it there were about 5 deer just standing there. So I'm hoping to go back soon!
